Bollywood actress Karenjit Kaur Weber, popularly known as Sunny Leone, has been denied work permit in Bangladesh, as per a notice published by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.

On March 2, along with Sunny Leone, the ministry had allowed 10 other Indian artistes to come to Bangladesh to shoot for the film, "Soldier", directed by Shamim Ahamed Roni.

However, as per a circular published on March 9, only Sunny Leone, who was identified as Karenjit Kaur Weber, has been denied the work permit. The other Indian artistes, on the other hand, can shoot for the film from March 5 to September 4 under certain conditions.
