True romance happens only in small towns, not cities: Nawazuddin
Nawazuddin Siddiqui believes that love can only happen in small villages since people in big cities tend to judge each other. He describes himself as a 'romantic.'
In a new interview, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui discussed romance in small towns and big cities. He feels that 'real romance' occurs only in small towns, where people do not condemn each other as they do in cities. He also stated that people from small towns do not consider the other person's bank balance when it comes to matters of the heart.
Nawazuddin's statement came during his strained relationship with his separated wife Aaliya Siddiqui. In recent months, he has made headlines for his personal life. Aaliya claimed the actor's mother harassed her. She also stated that Nawazuddin's children, Shora and Yani, were 'disowned' by him.
In terms of true love stories, he told News18 that "true romance only happens in small towns. In the name of romance, what happens in major cities is compromise and adjustment. People in small towns aren't afraid to reveal their hearts to one another since they don't judge one another. They fall in love without even considering the other person's financial situation. "
When asked if he considered himself romantic, Nawazuddin replied, "It's a good thing to love, to fall in love, to be in love, and to spread love. Love is extremely vital. I'm a romantic at heart. I enjoy my films and many other aspects of my life. It is essential to have some romance in our lives. But there is a scarcity of it nowadays."
