Vibrant 'Shurongo' posters adorn New York
In the bustling streets of New York, the poster of "Shurongo" is catching the attention of passersby. Just ahead of the release of "Shurongo" in the USA on July 21, the film's poster is capturing the attention of expatriate audiences.
Director Raihan Rafi shared that the film's release has been confirmed in the United States, Canada, and Australia. The film is set to premiere in six cities in Australia, including Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, and Darwin. On July 21, 'Shurongo' will hit screens in New York and Canada, followed by a simultaneous release in all major cities in the United States on July 28. The response has been overwhelming, with tickets for the first week's 25 shows in Australia nearly sold out.
Rafi expressed his excitement about the film's reception, stating that audiences worldwide crave story-driven content presented in an entertaining manner, with exceptional performances. 'Shurongo' encompasses all these elements, garnering attention and interest among Bengali speakers in different countries.
While the release date for India is yet to be confirmed, Sri Venkatesh Films is preparing for its release in India following the import-export policy. Shree Venkatesh Films has already shared the film's poster, teasing audiences with the tagline, "Masud, how far will he go for his love, Moina... Afran Nisho's big-screen debut awaits you in cinema halls."
The film currently has 33 shows in STAR Cineplex, a record for the multiplex. The film also stars Tama Mirza, Mostafa Monwar and Shahiduzzaman Selim among others.
