Whenever marriage breaks down, only the girl is called ‘characterless’: Madhumita

Madhumita Sarcar is a popular face in Tollywood. With her glamorous avatar and her strong performance, she has won the hearts of audiences. Earlier on, she was married to Sourav Chakraborty, and the marriage didn't end on a good note. 

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Madhumita told about her bitter experience with cyber bullying. In his words, "Bullying has made me stronger, so now I don't think about being trolled anymore," said the actor. 

"A girl can have 10 broken relationships. However, when her marriage falls apart. She is the one who is to be blamed and called 'characterless.' This has been happening to me for years," added the actor. 

The "Cheeni" actor revealed that whenever she wears a saree, people call her 'showoff', and when she chooses to wear a bold outfit, she is called shameless. At this point of life, she has stopped caring about people's opinion as she is not keen on changing her lifestyle. As long as people close to her respect her, she doesn't care about other people's opinion.
