'It's our last chance'
BNP Standing Committee member Moudud Ahmed today said the upcoming parliamentary election is the last chance for the party.
He urged the party leaders and activists to get ready for a strong struggle on the election day to cast their votes.
“It is our last chance and the last test. You will have to cast your votes, if required by engaging in fights, and that means you will have to go to voting centres. We have no other choice,” he said while addressing a discussion at the Jatiya Press Club in Dhaka.

The BNP leader alleged that the government has become desperate to win the election by any means as its all intelligence reports suggest that the ruling party has no chance to win the polls.
Criticising the Election Commission (EC) for its 'failure' to ensure a level-playing field, Moudud said the commission has turned into an organisation of the ruling party.
He said no official of the civil and police administrations has so far been transferred as the government and the EC is working with an identical goal to ensure the victory of Awami League.
WHEN IS THE ELECTION?
Election Commission has revised polls schedule, deferring the 11th general election by a week to December 30.
The authorities have fixed November 28 as the deadline for filing nomination papers, December 2 for scrutiny and December 9 last date for nomination withdrawal.
The first schedule for the parliamentary election was December 23. Later, the commission rescheduled the election on December 30 following demands from several opposition political parties.
