However, what if sleeping was one of the best-kept secrets to having healthier skin? After all, even while we are asleep our bodies continue to function. While you should not completely forsake your daytime skin care regimen in favour of more decent sleep, there are some simple reasons why improving the skin-sleep relationship is beneficial for us women.

You have probably experienced under-eye bags or dark circles after a restless night, which is among the first issues we notice when we do not get enough sleep.
