Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, was initially scheduled to host the grand finale in February, but the event has been rescheduled to 1 May. Azra Mahmood shared these exciting details during a recent press conference held in the upscale neighbourhood of Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, alongside pageant owner, Leonard Tan, and Malaysian supermodel, Amber Chia.

Apart from her role as the Country Director for Bangladesh, Azra Mahmood's influence extends to three other countries: India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Azra, a respected figure in the modelling industry, shared the delightful news that her former student, Shirin Akhter Sheila, who previously represented Bangladesh in Miss Universe 2019, is participating as one of the judges for the pageant.

The panel of esteemed judges for Mr. and Miss Celebrity International 2023 includes notable personalities such as 2018 Miss Myanmar Han Thi, 2018 Miss Universe Cambodia Parn Nhat, 2018 Mr Glober Thailand Jirawat Vatchasakal, Asia's top model Amber Chia, and 2014 Thailand's Miss Model of the World, Ananya Beipharn.
