Flavours of China at Pan Pacific Sonargaon

Chinese Food Festival 2015 is being hosted and organised by Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka in collaboration with China Radio International, Idachu Limited China and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangladesh. The festival, which has started from 3 November, will run till 7 November. 

With over 7 Chinese chefs amalgamating from different parts of China, each will serve their finest dishes and beverages for the ultimate gastronomical feast.  In addition, these professional chefs, with years of experience, will be providing live demonstrations to amuse the guests.  

Creative cooking workshops and traditional Chinese performances will also be there on the first day.

The General Manager of the hotel, E J Mac Ewan, said, "This festival aims to highlight the Chinese food culture's development and impact on the global scale. Part of the 2015 Chinese Food Festival also serves as a platform for professionals in the food and beverage industry and (more importantly) the food lovers of Bangladesh, to exchange ideas and draw in-depth key elements and intricacies regarding Chinese food 
culture".

The festival is taking place at Café Bazaar.
