KFC’s latest outlets

The year 2019 ended with a pleasant surprise for KFC fans of Bangladesh. This food chain is continuing their journey in the country by opening their 22nd and 23rd outlets respectively in Bogura and Khulna.

Both of the outlets received massive local response, as expected. In the last 13 years of its journey in Bangladesh, KFC has been striving to make the brand more accessible to the locals. Now KFC has set their mark in five other cities apart from Dhaka, i.e. Chattogram, Cox’s Bazaar, Sylhet, Bogura, and Khulna.

Amit Dev Thapa, CEO of Transcom Foods Ltd (The sole Franchisee of KFC in Bangladesh), on the occasion of this opening, said, “We want to spread the Colonel’s legacy and take KFC beyond Dhaka and across the country. We believe in making our brand more and more accessible to people in Bangladesh because it’s their love and support that makes us grow. We are following our growth blueprint of opening five more KFC outlets across the country in 2020.”
