The 14th Employer Branding Awards was held on 8 September, 2019. The recognition sought to identify and celebrate outstanding brand building and marketing deserving individuals in Bangladesh. Kelly Lewis, General Manager of Amari Dhaka, was acknowledged by the Academic Council and Awards committee as an individual who has achieved extraordinary success with innovative and effective people management and customer satisfaction practices in Bangladesh at Amari Dhaka. Bangladesh's Best General Managers (Hospitality) was endorsed by CMO Asia and World Federation of Hospitality Professionals and the Mission of the Awards to educate and disseminate the importance of hospitality and customer service in Bangladesh.
