A lady's guide to the Bro Code

Ask a guy what the Bro Code is. Most guys would never reveal the actual Code. And if a dude goes straight into spilling the tea on the code, he's not a real Bro. 

A real Bro would go as far as to telling us ladies straight in the face that it does not exist. "The less she knows, the better." 

Guys treat the Bro Code of conduct as if it's the Fight Club, to an extent that the code even includes clause of violation. Some cases of violation of the Bro Code can lead to temporary or permanent dis-Broment. 

THE GOLDEN RULE 

It's pretty obvious that girls are kept in the dark about the Code because they are a big part of it. The first rule of the code is "pals before gals." This rule of the Bro Code is really tricky. While they say that one shall not date a bro's ex-girlfriend; if the girl makes a move on her ex's bro, it can somehow escape the violation clause. 

And we saw that on How I Met Your Mother, Robin dates and marries Barney and Ted…if that's excusable on the show, guys should be okay with a girl making her choice between bros in real life. 

THE "NON-EXISTENT" RULES 

A group of bros is called a bromance. Bromances are experts as improvising. They will always behave in ways to uphold their broship through thick and thin. They call it improvising, we call it lying. 

There is literally no way around this and it is next to impossible to be a step ahead of them. A girl would have to know all the members of a Bromance personally to catch a lie.

But it's impossible to beat this because a real bro would be obligated to lie to her. If a Bro willingly commits treason, it's the worst kind of violation, and this includes telling the girl secrets of the Bro Code. 

Punishment to treason will definitely include an exile from group chats. 

CAN A SIS BE ONE OF THE BROMANCE? 

Again, ask a guy this question and he eill be super vague about it. But here's it. A girl can only be a temporary part of the Bromace if she is willing to be a wing woman. And that too, make sure the girl she's hooking you up with is a 10/10. 

Let's treat guys like they really are. There's no way around beating them or joining them, you just have to be there for them. If we respect their wildeness they respect our domestic approaches. It's the only way the world can see a balance between romance and bromance.
