Enjoy a seven day Pitha Utshab at their all-day dining restaurant, Latest Recipe. They will be showcasing not only over 40 varieties of the traditional winter cakes but also some new fusion savoury recipes inspired by revered master chefs from France, Italy, India as well as Bangladesh. Guests may enjoy the pitha buffet at a price of Tk1800++ per person or the pitha buffet with the buffet dinner at the regular dinner price of Tk3600++ per person. Additionally, for those wishing to try pithas during the day or to takeaway, a package deal of Tk750++ is available at Latitude 23 with a choice of any five pithas off the counter.
9TH INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S FILM FESTIVAL

Children's Film Society Bangladesh (CFS) has a vision to influence the entire film industry of Bangladesh by inspiring young generations to enter the industry and become leaders of change.
The organisation was established in 2006 realising the fact that films, as the most powerful media of art of the present time, was not being used for our children properly as a strong tool or medium of learning and entertainment. The film festival by the title of "International Children's Film Festival" is being organised annually since 2008.
This year, it will be the 9th edition of this grand festival. The festival will feature around 200 made-for-children films from 30-40 countries. Along with multiple other venues, Alliance Française de Dhaka will screen several films in its Auditorium Nouvelle Vague.

BANGLADESH COMIC CON 2016

KUMAR SANU LIVE IN DHAKA

Kedarnath Bhattacharya, better known as Kumar Sanu, is one of the most popular playback singers of Bollywood. He holds the Guinness Book world record for recording the maximum number of songs in a day, which was 28, in the year 1993. He was awarded the Filmfare Best Male Playback Singer Award for five consecutive years. In 2009, the Government of India awarded him Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian honour, in recognition of his achievements.
