Bangladesh Shilpakal Academy (BSA) and Bangladesh Institute of Performing Arts (New York) jointly arranged a dance programme titled “Noibedyo” at the National Music and Dance Centre auditorium of BSA on July 26 evening. Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor attended the programme as chief guest while US Ambassador to Dhaka Marcia Bernicat and BSA director general Liaquat Ali Lucky were special guests. Planned and directed by Anny Ferdous, the programme featured 12 dance pieces of different genres. Tasin Ferdous presented Bharatnatyam at the event which also included a display of contemporary dance pieces.
