Shadhona organised their 43rd regular monthly dance programme “Nupur Beje Jaye” at the main auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum (BNM) on August 8. Following a three-day workshop conducted by Mamata Shankar, a dance recital was held at the venue where the workshop participants and three artistes of Mamata Shankar Dance Company performed a snippet of the Uday Shankar dance style. Apart from their dance displays, Amit Chowdhury and members of Kalpatoru presented Bharatnatyam pieces, while Tahmina Anwar Anika and Tahnun Ahmedi performed Kathak at the programme.
