Villagers take it upon themselves after waiting for months for the authorities concerned to repair the 600-foot damaged embankment in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar. When asked, the executive engineer of Moulvibazar Water Development Board said they do not have any budget to repair the embankment and already sought funds from the authorities.
