A scarcity of public transport in the capital forces women to face hassles when they board crowded vehicles every day. A number of perverted males are on the prowl on city streets to take advantage of the situation. The man in blue shirt in the photo has targeted two female passengers of a bus. Although he is not being pushed by others from the back, he intentionally gets close to the two women.
