With food stalls taking up a large part of the space in front, vendors setting up shops in the back and waste being dumped beside the walkway, the Rayerbazar Badhyabhumi (killing ground) has been turned into a hangout destination. It is tragic that this utter disrespect towards the country’s brightest minds, who were systematically killed by the Pakistan occupation army and their collaborators, goes unnoticed by the authorities concerned.
