The construction work of the first Dhaka Elevated Expressway is expected to end in December this year. The 47km expressway, with 19.73km main line, would have several exits between Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and Tejgaon Rail Gate. The expressway is supposed to alleviate congestion.
