Locals of Bosila and Chandrima Housing in Mohammadpur regularly build such bamboo bridges to cross the Ramchandrapur Canal, located between the two areas. While it is risky for them to cross it, they claimed the authorities concerned have never taken the initiative to build a concrete bridge there.
