Heaps of the Palmyra palm fruits -- mainly from Cumilla, Noakhali and Chandpur -- have arrived at Kadamtali wholesale and retail market in the port city. Traders buy the popular summer fruit from here and sell them in different districts. Retailers make Tk 1,000-1,500 a day after buying them at Tk 3-15 apiece. The photo was taken yesterday.
