A little ringed plover, a common sight during the winter, in Chapainawabganj's Namorajarampur. For some, it appears bespectacled, while it reminds others of old-timey bandits. Either way, its unique appearance is sure to leave a mark. The bird is usually seen in low-lying areas, near waterbodies. The photo was taken recently.
