Air India crash: Tarique expresses condolences

BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman has expressed his deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the Air India plane crash in Ahmedabad.

"I extend my deepest condolences to the families of all those who lost their loved ones. Let us all stand by them in this time of grief and share our sincerest prayers," he posted on Facebook at 7:10pm.

"It is heartbreaking that a London-bound plane, carrying 242 people of many nations, crashed shortly after taking off in India."
