Various installations and art were seen throughout the valleys of Kathmandu as artists made themselves vocal about the release of jailed Bangladeshi photographer Shahidul Alam. This is ahead of the fourth summit of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC), which is to be held in Kathmandu. Several heads of state, including Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be present at the event.
