A fire that broke out at a shoe factory in Old Dhaka's Nazirabazar around 5:00pm this evening was brought under control around 5:35pm.

A total of six firefighting units brought the blaze that broke out on the top floor of a five-storey building under control, said Rashed Bin Khaled, duty officer of fire service control room.
