All buses on Dhaka's Mirpur route will operate under e-ticketing from tomorrow (November 13, 2022).

Bangladesh Road Transport Owners Association General Secretary Khandkar Enayet Ullah disclosed this information at a press conference organised at the association office today.

Buses of 30 companies will run on Mirpur route under e-ticketing from tomorrow, he said.

A total of 60 company buses will operate in Dhaka city from January 31, 2023, while 97 company buses of Dhaka and its suburbs will run under e-ticketing from February 28 next year.

That means, operations of 5,650 buses in Dhaka and its suburbs will be brought under e-ticketing system by February 28.
