French envoy calls on CCC Mayor

CHITTAGONG, Jan 16: French Ambassador to Bangladesh Allen Brown Brewtatit called on Chittagong City Corporation Mayor A B M Mohiuddin Chowdhury here today, reports BSS.

During the meeting the mayor apprised the ambassador of various development and service projects of the city corporation including turning Chittagong city into a mega city and building up a 17-kilometre deep sea port from Patenga to Faujdarhat.

They also discussed matters of mutual interests.

The ambassador commended Mayor Mohiuddin Chowdhury for overall development of Chittagong City.
