Karnaphuli Garden City Market fire doused

- Fire breaks out at Karnaphuli Garden City Market in Kakrail at 9:00am

- 7 firefighting units douse flame after an hour

- No casualty reported

A fire broke out at Karnaphuli Garden City Market in Kakrail of Dhaka this morning.  

No injury was reported in the fire that originated on the fourth floor of the 19-storey building around 9:00am, said sources at Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters.

On information, seven firefighting units rushed to the spot and put out the blaze after an hour of frantic efforts.

Reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
