Chasing 149 runs to win, tigresses managed to post 99 runs on board losing all wickets in 18.3 overs.
Nigar Sultana scored the highest, a run-a-ball knock of 27, for the tigresses.
Earlier, batting first, West Indies women posted 148 runs for four wickets after winning the toss.
West Indies openers HK Matthews and SR Taylor scored 41 and 40 runs respectively to push their team towards a challenging total.
Bangladesh bowler Nahida Akter picked up three wickets for 27 runs in four overs, while Rumana Ahmed took the other wicket.
