TOP NINE BATMAN GADGETS
BATARANG
One of the most used non-lethal, multi-functional weapons used in the Batman franchise, the Batarang gets its name by combining bat and boomerang. There are several versions of Batarang including one that's computer controlled. While it appears as an explosive majority of the cases, Batman also uses it like darts to subdue distant enemies.
BATCOMPUTER
The most famous supercomputer in the fictional world, the Batcomputer has access to all feeds, all network across the world, that helps Bruce Wayne track, locate and find out information about anyone. It looks very futuristic with multiple monitors displaying all sorts of complex data. Recent versions have also been used to project holograms of people to communicate.
GAUNTLETS
Yes, it adds to the awesomeness of the entire Batsuit but it can be deadly with the retractable razor like fins. In The Dark Knight, Batman projects these at the Joker to get out of his grip. In a few scenes, he's seen using a remote on the gauntlets.
GRAPPLING GUN
Batman's constant companion, the grappling gun is a rather cool way to get around the city. Helping Bats to get out of the trickiest situations, this steals the spotlight in almost all the issues. This isn't unheard of outside Batman but none of the others has a giant bat behind the trigger.
MEMORY CAPE
It looks like a regular superhero cape but it can do so much more. It can be used to protect himself from bullets, shrapnel and fire; pass an electric charge through it and it hardens into a glider in the form of a wing. The edges were made razor sharp to use it against attackers.
UTILITY BELT
The weirdest things have been known to be stuffed in that built of his. From gas pellets to tranquilizer guns to freeze grenades, how it all fits inside that belt is a mystery till now. But the Utility Belt is a major part of Batman fights and things obviusly would have been a bit dull without it. No matter what happens, you can always expect something to come out of that belt that'll bring things under control or less chaotic (or more).
BATMOBILE
I don't know about you guys but I loved the Batmobile in movies more than the one in the comics. Nicknamed The Tumbler, it's been used for pursuing enemies, crowd control, vehicular warfare, transporting prisoners and as a portable crime lab. Often unmanned and remote controlled, it seems to come out of nowhere just at the right time for Batman to jump in.
BAT ARMOR
The Bar Armor is famous from the issue, The Dark Knight Returns where Batman fights Superman. Made with love to do a lot of damage, the BvS movie that came out a few days ago used that storyline to show off this amazing exosuit. This enhances Batman so much that he almost beats a godlike Superman to death.
THE BAT
Not that Batman's street cred depends on his gadgets, but having a plane like this certainly gives a major boost. Also referred to as the Batplane, the Bat is equipped with advanced weaponry and can perform amazing feats on air.
