BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia today opened her official fan page and personal accounts in different social media platforms including most popular Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

The former premier officially started publishing her status and opinion on the Facebook page and Twitter account at a programme marking the party’s 38^th founding anniversary at Dhaka’s Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh this evening.

In her first tweet, she says:

From now, the party activists and supporters will be able to connect with the party chief directly on the social media platforms and will also be able to know about the party’s programme schedules and announcements, the party insiders said.
