Anik Khan migrated to Queens, New York with his family when he was four and had to go through all the unique predicaments that a Bangladeshi immigrant may have to face. This inspired him to become a rapper and infuse his unique multicultural identity and upbringing into the American Hip-hop culture.

In Bangladesh, Khan's father was a well-known freedom fighter, who came to America to seek political asylum. While Khan’s father is something of a big deal in their home country, in Queens they had to live in difficulty.

He saw their low-income building as a true melting pot of different ethnicities sharing the same daily struggles. Despite his neighborhood’s rough exterior, he found beauty and inspiration in the spirited hustle of his neighbors.

Today, his music reflects the cultures that surrounded him throughout his upbringing.

From the age of 14, he turned to music to share his experiences with immigration, his culture, and his family's struggles.

Throughout his musical creations he has successfully incorporated his Bengali identity and multiculturalism. His debut Extended Playlist (EP) 'I Don't Know Yet' was released in July 2015. After that he had some super hit singles and his next EP is expected to release soon.

But for now he is making some serious social media craze out there.
