As winter sets in, wholesale vegetable markets in the capital are abuzz with workers unloading seasonal vegetables from trucks coming in from across the country and traders of different kitchen markets queuing up to purchase vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, beans, carrot, radish, gourd, onion leaves for selling them to the city dwellers.
