Veteran Actor Om Puri passes away

Om Puri, the celebrated Bollywood actor passed away on the 6th of January. He was in his home in Andheri when he had a heart attack. Condolences started pouring in from Bollywood, and the likes of Amitabh Bacchan, Anupam Kher and Shabana Azmi were present for the funeral. The actor appeared in many mainstream Bollywood films, along with British and Pakistani Films. He had won the Padma Shri, the fourth highest honor in India. His demise is a big loss to Indian cinema.
