After hearing the complaint, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Md Raihan Ul Islam summoned him to appear before the court yesterday.

On January 23, a Dhaka court placed Sunny on a one-day remand in another case filed by Nasrin under Information and Communication Technology Act.

Another case was also filed against Sunny and her mother for their alleged involvement in torturing Nasrin.

Sunny had earlier got bail in both the cases.
