Razashon Khal, a drainage canal in Razashon area of Savar on the outskirts of the capital, has been choked with garbage and aquatic plants. Also, mindless encroachment on its banks and discharge of untreated waste from the nearby factories continue to narrow down the water body, resulting in waterlogging.
