A mobile court of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority set up in capital's Khilgaon area yesterday sentenced the driver along with four others with seven to 15 days' jail term for various offences. The pitch-black substance getting spread on this road is sewage extracted from a sewer and left on the roadside by cleaners.
