BTRC gets 2 new commissioners

The government has appointed two new commissioners on a three-year term for separate divisions of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

Md Rezaul Kader, former director general of BTRC, was assigned as the commissioner of system and service division, while Md Aminul Hasan, former managing director of Teletalk, as commissioner of spectrum, says an order issued by the Ministry of Public Administration today.

Meanwhile, both the new commissioners began their work today shortly after the issuance of the government order.    

The two posts of BTRC commissioners were vacant for a long time.
