Initially, broken metal road dividers were dumped on a corner of this road in the capital's Fakirapool area. Afterwards, damaged trash bins were added to the mix. Soon, locals apparently inspired by the act started throwing waste there. As the corner was eventually blocked to traffic due to the garbage, utilising the opportunity, rickshaw-van pullers also started parking their vehicles alongside.
