Now, primary school question ‘leaked’ in Natore
In the outlook of severe criticism over the spate of question paper leaks, fresh allegations have surfaced of question leak in a primary school of Natore Sadar.
Authorities have cancelled terminal examinations of mathematics of class I and IV due to such allegations today, our local correspondent reports quoting officials.
“We cancelled the tests after locals showed us the leaked questions. The questions were identical with the real question paper,” said Jesmine Akhter, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Natore Sadar.
Confirming the development that the examinations have been cancelled, she said: “We will form a probe committee to find out how it happened and trace the culprits behind it.”
This followed after question papers of “Paribesh Parichiti” of class-I and “Bangladesh O Biswa Parichay” of class-IV in all 248 primary schools of Barguna Sadar were leaked recently.
Earlier the questions of some final examinations in 119 primary schools of Munshiganj were leaked and the district administration had to postpone the exams.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has already expressed his helplessness in the spate of question paper leaks. He has blamed local teachers to be behind such hineous acts.
