If you're a runner who needs a soundtrack to your workout, then Fit Radio is the app for you.

The app offers users hundreds of DJ-mixed playlists to choose from, which can be selected according to what genre of music you like or what workout you're doing, Runners can also match their pace to the beat of the music to keep them going on even the longest of runs.

Users simply need to choose a class on the app based on their preferred trainer, program, intensity, or music, pop in their ear phones, and then listen to a trainer talk you through your workout, which is set to an upbeat playlist to keep you you going.

Insight Timer is a comprehensive app to get you started with meditation or take your practice deeper. Offering nearly 8,000 free guided meditations and featuring over 1,500 meditation teachers, users can choose a meditation based on their mood and how long they want to meditate for, as well as a range of bells and ambient sounds for deeper practice. To connect with others interested in meditation, users can also join one of the many discussion groups in the app, and even organize local meet-ups.
