Which projects are you currently working on?

Chaity: Right now I'm working on small screen shows that will be released during Eid- ul-Adha. We have recently wrapped up filming Kagojer Bou, Mr. Perfect, and Surprise. I am currently talking to several directors about more potential roles.

Which venture has been your turning point?

Chaity: It would have to be the Lux Channel i Superstar pageant. The show gave me recognition, and I began to receive offers from everywhere. I am grateful to the platform.

Are you working on a new film?

Chaity: We have recently worked on an Impress Telefilm movie titled Mon Debo Mon Nebo, directed by Robin Khan. Before this I have done three films, which includes Modhumoti by Impress Telefilm, where I appeared with Riaz.

What sort of ventures do you prefer?

Chaity: As I love acting, I prefer portraying complex roles that allow me to test, and display my skills. It is fulfilling if people remember a role you played, and for that I love to reinvent myself.

As someone who works on both films and tele-fictions, do you have aspirations regarding cinema?

Chaity: Even though I do big-screen ventures as well, I am more active on TV. I have been in four films only so far. I would love to accept more opportunities, but the script has to be compelling, and something I know the audience will enjoy. I prefer films that are targeted towards families, and reflect our day- to-day realities.
