Rafi: Thank you so much for joining us today and congratulations on your success.

Arif: Thank you so much for inviting us and creating a platform for discussion.

Rafi: So Bappy, how many successful movies have you delivered so far?

Bappy: I have done a total of 32 movies, including Nayok. Amongst them 25 movies have hit the box office hard.

Rafi: What do you think about our film industry and how can we bridge the gap between a good and bad movie?

Arif: I feel that we are all very welcoming and we wish everyone success in this industry. We should not judge, rather encourage others to make better movies. As at the end of the day we are all part of the same family, same industry.

Rafi: Arif, how open are you to working with new faces rather than established actors?

Arif: We always encourage the new comers and try to boost their motivation by giving them platforms to act in our movies. There was a time when people hesitated to promote new faces, but now it is a different scenario. For example, Poramon 2, cast Siam and Puja Cherry and the movie was successful. So there is risk involved, but we have to identify the talents wisely.

Rafi: Bappy how do you choose your scripts, directors and producers?

Bappy: When I was a newcomer I used to choose successful directors as they could give me proper guidance and exposure. I was fortunate and lucky because I was getting offers from the eminent directors of FDC. I did not have any degree or experience in acting, so I needed directors who could guide me to develop characters and deliver successfully.

Rafi: Is this your first movie Adhora?

Adhora: Yes, this is my debut film. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Ispahani sir. I am also working in other movies which are yet to be released.

Rafi: Why did you choose acting as a career?

Adhora: I always dreamt of becoming an actor and being able to work with such an experienced director gave me more incentive to pursue this profession.

Rafi: Audience preferences has changed over the years, how has this affected the film industry?

Arif: The audience seeks meaningful storylines with the perfect blend of entertainment. New and unique stories with impeccable execution can hold the attention of the audience. So rather than looking for casting popular faces for a movie, we must actually search for good stories to grab audience.

Rafi: What's your take on this Bappy?

Bappy: I completely agree with Arif bhai. Different trends have evolved over the years so if we work according to the changes then only then can we attract more audiences.

Ispahani: Commercial movies have lost viewers over the years and the reason I think is the poor maintenance of movie halls, quality of movies and lack of good stories. So, I personally want to make movies with social values to reach the masses.

Rafi: Would you give a fresh new director the opportunity to work independently if you are a producer?

Arif: Yes, of course. As mentioned earlier if we are more open minded and give our directors the chance to direct movies with full independence we can obtain better quality movies. Our industry can only be rejuvenated if we become more understanding and attract our audience with better digitization, proper hall maintenance and extraordinary narratives.

Rafi: Any message for our audience?

Adhora: I believe our movie will be entertaining and I hope they enjoy watching it. If our audiences have any comments, opinions and criticism regarding this project, I would like to request them to feel free to share them with us.
