Around 300 bottles of phensidyl were found in a car owned by a senior assistant secretary of public administration ministry in Comilla this morning.

Law enforcers picked up the driver of the govt official in this connection, a correspondent from Daudkandi reports quoting police.  

Monirul Islam, a sub-inspector of Iliotganj highway police, said a police team seized the phensidyl after searching the car on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Khatghat area around 7:00am.

The senior assistant secretary was not in the car, which was heading for Dhaka from Comilla, the SI said.
