Rab today claimed to have arrested two persons with International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number altered stolen mobile phones and IMEI changing devices in Gulistan area of Dhaka.

Acting on a tip off, a team of Rab-3 held Md Shakil Ahmed, 25, and Prabir Roy, 30, yesterday evening from Gulistan underground market, a Rab press release said today.

The law enforcers also seized 37 stolen phones, 13 IMEI changing devices and other electronic devices.
