Student dies falling off running train

A student of a private university in Dhaka died after falling off a running train near Narsingdi Rail Station this morning.

The deceased Kazi Moshiur Rahman, 24, a honours final year student of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), fell off a train after it left Narsingdi Railway Station around 11:30am, Abdul Majid, officer-in-charge of Bhairab Railway Police Station, told The Daily Star.  

He was supposed to disembark at the station, but forgot and attempted to get down from the running train afterwards, the OC said.
