Question leak: 3 teachers, another jailed in Brahmanbaria

A mobile court today sentenced three teachers to 15 days imprisonment each for leaking the question of English 1st paper in this year’s Dakhil Examinations in Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria.

The court also sentenced owner of a photocopy shop to two years imprisonment for copying the leaked question paper and keeping the shop open during the examinations.

Confirming the matter, Kasba Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Hasina Islam told our correspondent that they received a call from 333 that a question along with answer of English 1st paper is being photocopied in a shop beside Mehari Obadiya Dakhil Madrasa centre in the upazila.

A mobile court raided the photocopy shop and arrested the four with the question paper, said the UNO, who led the team.

However, the examination on the subject was held across the country today.
