RMG workers block Dhaka-Aricha highway in Savar

Workers of a garment factory blocked the Dhaka-Aricha highway in Savar tonight protesting the death of one of their fellows in a road accident.

A number of workers of Al Muslim garment factory blocked the highway in Ulail area around 9:00pm after a worker was killed in a road crash, our photojournalist reports from the spot.

Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

The agitating workers were staging demonstration blocking the highway till filing the report around 10:00pm.
