Hiron president, Raju secy of Law Reporters Forum

Law Reporters Forum (LRF) today formed a new committee for the term of 2019-2020.

Daily Samakl’s reporter Wakil Ahmed Hiron has been elected president and Manab Zamin’s reporter Nazmul Ahsan Raju general secretary in the election.

A three-member election commission led by Ashraf Ul Alam held the election at LRF's Annual General Meeting at the Supreme Court Bar Association.

The forum’s outgoing president Sayeed Ahmed Khan chaired the event while outgoing general secretary Hasan Zabed conducted it.

Other office bearers include Hira Talukder of  Shomoyer Alo (vice president), Motlu Mallik of Alokito Bangladesh (joint secretary), Fazlul Haque Mridha of Jagonews24.com (treasurer), Manzur Hossain of Radio Today (organising secretary), Tanvir Ahmed of Bhorer Kagoj (office secretary), Mahidi Hasan Dalim of risingbd.com (publicity and publication secretary) and Masud-ur Rahman of channel24  (training and welfare secretary).

Executive committee members are SM Noor Mohammad of Amader Notun Shomoy, Zahid Hasan of DBC Television, Khaledmul Isalm of Ittefaq, and Bahauddin Al Emran of Bangla Tribune.
