Ducsu talks: Selim urges students to cast vote ignoring obstacles

Today’s episode of The Daily Star’s ‘Ducsu Election Talks 2019’ brings Mujahidul Islam Selim, president of Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) and first vice president of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union after the country’s independence, sharing his views on the upcoming election.

Hosted by The Daily Star Journalist Sayyed Mohmud Ullah (Lalon), the show is the 3rd of the series ahead of the election tomorrow.

Expressing concerns over holding up a free-and fair election, Selim urged the general students to cast their votes ignoring all obstacles and foiling all conspiracy against a fair election. “DU students thus could set a good example of getting their democratic right back,” he said.
