Fund for school repair ‘misappropriated’ in Natore

Allegations of corruption have surfaced over misappropriation of the allocated fund for repairing three primary schools in Baraigram upazila of Natore.

A total of Tk 16 lakh was allocated for repairing the Chamta, Rameshwarpur and Narayanpur govt primary schools in the upazila, but contractors did very little work and allegedly took the rest of money, reports our Natore correspondent.
